Accessing the ERS Corporate Helpdesk Portal
This article illustrates the steps to log into the Corporate Helpdesk portal to access documentation or submit a ticket, which is strictly only for Edward Rose & Sons (ERS) and Rose Senior Living (RSL) employees.

Instructions & Steps
Access the helpdesk portal by navigating to helpdesk.edwardrose.com
At the top right, select the Login button.
Sign into your ERS or RSL account.
Upon doing so, you should be able to see more options and features. The rest of the documentation will highlight commonly used features.
Browse Help Articles
This section allows you to browse IT documentation written by the IT Team. These articles contain general information about systems, applications, and how to use them. It also contains solutions and fixes to common problems that may occur.
This is a great place to start if you want to see if your IT needs can be self-resolved!
Request a Service
This section allows you to submit a service request. Service Requests are commonly requested IT help, such as needing temporary Property Access to a location for ERS employees, requesting IT equipment, and much more!
This is a great place to request IT services, as there is an automated workflow that will get the necessary approvals for items, allowing you to be serviced faster.
Report an Issue
This section allows you to report an issue. If something is broken or you're having problem with an application or IT system, you can fill this out.
Please include information such as your name, your contact information, the "what/why/when" information relating to the issue, any screenshots, and your computer name for faster service.
Approve Requests
This section is typically for management. If their subordinates submits a service request, they may need to approve it. This is a quick way to view all pending approvals for your account.
